People often mix up K12 Crafter and K12 Inc. because both names start with "K12". They are completely separate companies and completely different products. This guide clears it up.
What K12 Crafter is
K12 Crafter is an independent Pre K to Grade 5 learning program, led by math, with hands on lessons, science, read along stories, games and art in one app, plus printable math worksheet packs with answer keys.
In plain terms: you use a learning app and printable worksheets, and your child learns at home or in class. It leads with math, with science, stories, games and art alongside. It is a product you use, not a school you enroll in. It is sold directly at k12crafter.com.
What K12 Inc. (Stride) is
K12 Inc., which now operates under the name Stride, is a large company best known for running online public schools and virtual academies. Families enroll their child as a student, and the child attends school online across many subjects. It is a school model, not a worksheet and practice product.
The key differences
