These terms cover your use of K12 Crafter, our printable math worksheets, and our learning app for Kindergarten through Grade 5. By creating an account or buying a product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These terms are an agreement between you and K12 Crafter (we, us, our). They apply to our website, our worksheet store, and our learning app, together the service.
The service is for adults, meaning people who are 18 years of age or older. If you are a parent, guardian, or teacher, you may create an account and add children as named profiles. Children do not get their own accounts, email addresses, or passwords.
You are the account holder. Your child practices inside your account as a profile, and you control what they access, which settings apply, and whether the subscription continues. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, that we believe put other users or the service at risk, or where the law requires it.
Each child profile is linked to you, not to the child. A profile holds a first name or nickname, a grade level, and an avatar. We do not collect email addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, photos, or location from children. You can add, edit, or delete any child profile at any time from your settings.
K12 Crafter offers printable math worksheets with answer keys, and a learning app where children practice math and get instant feedback. The features available to you depend on what you have purchased or subscribed to.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non commercial, household educational purposes. You may not:
You may submit content such as a child nickname or an avatar choice. By doing so you grant us a license to use that content to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
The service, including the worksheets, question content, software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to K12 Crafter. Object art comes from the OpenMoji project under the CC BY SA 4.0 license, credited on worksheet covers. Other content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your family's information and your child's progress belong to you. You can review or delete it at any time. See our privacy policy.
The learning app uses software, including AI, to create practice questions, hints, and explanations. We work to keep this content correct and age appropriate. It is a tool to support learning at home, not a replacement for school or for advice from a teacher or other professional.
You agree not to use the service to:
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that are implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we stop offering the service, or if the law requires it. When access ends, your license to use the service ends too. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue to apply afterward.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. We will try to resolve any dispute with you informally first. A dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to a class action. Either party may still seek emergency injunctive relief in court.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will let you know by email or with a notice inside the service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use K12 Crafter after that date means you accept the updated terms.
