Refund Policy

If something is not right with a purchase, email us within 14 days at hello@k12crafter.com and tell us what happened. We review each request case by case and issue a refund when it is fair to do so. We do not offer automatic refunds, but a real person reads every message.

Because the files are delivered instantly, we ask that you try our free sample sheets first to see the style before you buy. If a pack still is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days and we will work it out with you.

• You can cancel anytime from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. We do not give prorated refunds for the unused part of a period.
• Refunds on a subscription are handled case by case and are not available once it has been used beyond the first 48 hours.
• Your child's coins, badges, and progress are kept safe in case you come back.
